This Verse-Eau (“water pourer” in French) is used as a single server to add water and sugar to your absinthe. The piece is placed on the rim of the glass and a sugar cube is placed on the round tray below. Ice cold water is then poured inside the cone shaped reservoir. With a small hole in the bottom of the cone, the water begins to pour onto the sugar cube below, allowing the water to dissolve the sugar and fall into the glass of absinthe.
